Practical answer

What this resource does

Choose the repeatable decision you need to record: a go-to-market release, weekly pipeline intervention, or Sales AI vendor evaluation.

  • No lead gate. Open, calculate, or download directly.
  • Visible method. Definitions, formulas, ownership, and invalid states stay inspectable.
  • Human authority. The asset supports a decision; it never owns one.

Sales AI Vendor Scorecard: Evidence, Hard Gates, Pilot, and TCO

Use the scorecard to compare viable products for one bounded workflow without allowing points to erase a failed authority, data, security, or reversibility gate.

Download practical workbooks for decisions that revenue teams repeat: planning a go-to-market launch, reviewing pipeline, and evaluating Sales AI vendors. Every template is account-free and designed for local or user-controlled storage. Luck My Sales does not receive the data you enter.
These are not decorative documents. Each workbook exposes the decision, population, evidence, owner, failure condition, action, and review date. Unknown information remains Unknown instead of being converted into a false score. Examples are illustrative, house controls are labeled, and every derived value uses a visible formula.

01 / Method

Choose the job you need to complete

Go-to-Market Plan Template

Build an evidence-gated launch plan across market, buyer, offer, route to market, economics, ownership, operational acceptance, rollback, and experiment decisions. Use it for a new B2B offer, segment, channel, or geography—not as a substitute for a full corporate plan.
Workbook: Instructions, Decision Brief, Market Evidence, Offer and Messaging, Route to Market, Economics, Launch Board, and Decision Log.
Primary output: proceed, controlled pilot, hold, or stop—with evidence and accountable owners.

Weekly Pipeline Review Template

Reconcile a weekly pipeline snapshot, separate gross from evidence-qualified coverage, inspect MEDDPICC evidence, trace week-over-week movement, prioritize material risks, and assign dated actions. Use it when a meeting must produce decisions rather than narrated updates.
Workbook: Setup, Snapshot, Opportunity Evidence, Changes, Review Queue, Actions, and Decision Log.
Primary output: a reconciled portfolio view and owned interventions before the next review.

Sales AI Vendor Scorecard

Compare products against one bounded workflow using non-compensable hard gates, evidence states, anchored weighted criteria, a reproducible pilot, workload-adjusted total cost, dissent, and decision expiry. Use it before a pilot or purchase—not to turn marketing claims into points.
Workbook: Decision Setup, Requirements, Hard Gates, Evidence Register, Weighted Scorecard, Test Protocol, Total Cost, References, and Decision Log.
Primary output: approve, controlled pilot, conditional approval, hold for evidence, or reject for this workflow.

02 / Method

How the workbooks differ from ordinary templates

A checkbox records completion; an operating control records the evidence, owner, failure state, and output. A score ranks criteria; a hard gate prevents an unsafe or unauthorized trade-off. A snapshot shows state; a change bridge explains how the state moved. These distinctions are built into the files so the team can reproduce the decision later.
All three templates use the same five-role model: Decision Owner, Operator, Data Owner, Security/Legal Reviewer where applicable, and Action Owner. One person may fill several roles, but a department name alone is not accountability.

03 / Method

Use with the resource library

Start with the Sales and RevOps glossary when teams disagree on definitions. Use the operational checklists for preflight controls. Verify calculations against Sales KPI formulas, the CAC calculator, or the sales velocity calculator.
The related guides explain context; these files own the repeatable operating record. Each asset has one canonical page so updates, methodology, and version information do not fragment across articles.

Access and limitations

Downloads require no account or email. Completed files stay wherever the user saves them. The templates do not provide legal, security, accounting, or financial advice and do not certify a process or vendor. Adapt fields and thresholds to the actual workflow while preserving evidence, ownership, error, and decision logic.
